The position of Label Coordinate annotations can be modified using the target point, corner point, and end point edit handles.
Target point: Drag the target point handle to change the target location of the coordinate. The Coordinate label automatically updates to the new coordinate value.
Corner point: Drag the corner point handle to rotate the label about the target point to place the label in a new location, This does not change the target.
End point: Drag the end point handle to extend or shorten the horizontal leader line. The text automatically follows.
